Privacy on our website

When you enquire

The enquiry form sends the information you provide to Euphoria Education through Formspree so we can respond and discuss your child’s learning needs. Please avoid including sensitive records or documents in the initial enquiry. You can contact us at info@euphoriaedu.com with questions about information you have submitted.

WhatsApp links open WhatsApp with a suggested enquiry format. Your message is sent when you choose to send it in WhatsApp. WhatsApp and Formspree handle information under their own privacy terms: WhatsApp privacy policy and Formspree privacy policy.

Optional website analytics

If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits, broad traffic sources, WhatsApp button clicks and successful enquiry-form submissions. Analytics may process browser and device information and use cookies to distinguish visits. We do not send your name, phone number, email address, child’s details or enquiry message to Analytics.

Our website does not load the Analytics tag before you agree. You can decline without affecting the website or enquiry form, and change your choice using “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the page. We store your preference in your browser. Advertising personalisation is disabled in our website tag.

A WhatsApp click does not tell us whether a conversation, assessment or enrolment followed. We use the statistics to understand and improve the website, not to assess individual children. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
